Projects

Beverly-Grant provided construction manager at risk services for the complete renovation/addition of the K-5 lower school campus. The project consisted of two phases with approximately 28,000 square feet of classroom, hallways, art areas, and gymnasium renovation and 7,500 square feet of new construction for the administration and information technology center. In 2017, the project was awarded twice by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), receiving a Merit Award for North Carolina and an Honor Award for Asheville.
