Laurel Park Medical Center is an 18,000 square foot single story building that contains space for four medical tenants. Advent Health (formerly Park Ridge Hospital) approached Beverly-Grant, Inc. with the concept for a destination, all-inclusive, internal medicine based medical office building. Beverly-Grant served as developer, purchased the land, assisted in overall design, modeled feasibility studies, and lead the project through construction. A new concept in health care for seniors, the campus diverges from a typical clinical feel and instead incorporates more residential appointments and amenities. Included are stone fireplaces, heavy timber trusses, oak wainscoting and floors, overstuffed furniture, computer touch down stations, and a meditation garden. The facility also contains a state of the art Diagnostic Imaging Center complete with a CT scan, MRI, Radiology, Ultrasound, and Bone Density scanners.
