Beverly-Grant was responsible for the construction of the original ITT Automotive anti-lock brake production plant in 1987. The 216,000 square foot industrial building was constructed in seven months. Numerous additions to plant have been completed, as well as other projects for the same company in the Southeast, including: 22,000 square foot industrial complex in Culpepper, Virginia (1996); 226,000 square foot facility in Morganton, North Carolina (1994); 218,000 square foot facility in Hendersonville, North Carolina (1997).
