Beverly-Grant handled the construction of a 16,463 square foot facility for CrossCo, a manufacturer and distributer of hydraulic hoses. This built to suit project included a counter sales area, offices, and manufacturing space. The entire facility is air conditioned and has a fire suppression system with rack storage. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building with concealed fastener roof, sandwich panel siding, and a gabled roof with a 22 foot eave height. Part of the building foundation is a cast in place retaining wall. Overhead doors with dock levelers and seals are included.
