Beverly-Grant was selected to perform pre-construction and construction services for this exciting project located in the center of busy downtown Asheville. The existing building qualified for historic tax credits so great care had to be taken not only in design of this facility but throughout construction. Working in the center of downtown between existing ongoing businesses as well as one of the busiest areas in town is a challenge and takes a great deal of planning and execution of all construction activities. The result is one of downtown Asheville’s finest restaurants that requires reservations weeks in advance. Admiring the detailed finishes and millwork—especially the bar area—make this a place to visit even if not staying for lunch or dinner. The owner was so pleased with the outcome in both cost and quality that Beverly-Grant was selected for two additional renovation projects to finish out the remaining spaces.
