Nettlewood Professional Park is a 28-acre master planned office development located just off of Hendersonville Road in Asheville, NC that was constructed by Beverly-Grant. Nettlewood maintains the beauty of its original natural setting and is enhanced by expertly landscaped areas and gorgeous Western views of the mountain vistas. The project required the construction of over 200,000 square feet of office space in a variety of building sizes. All buildings had to meet strict architectural design guidelines and restrictive covenants. The exterior of the building contains a mixture of rock, brick and stucco with metal roofing.
