New York comes to Asheville! This one of a kind nightclub/restaurant was completed in the heart of Asheville in a building that once served as a auto repair garage. The building qualified for tax credits and was given the Griffin Award for historic renovation projects. The existing heart pine floors were refinished to their original beauty and the unique finishes, millwork, and trim were designed, selected, and installed based on the owners many visits to New York City and other locations around the world to make it the first and only place of its kind in Asheville. The kitchen and bar equipment were also coordinated, delivered and installed by Beverly-Grant allowing the owner time to concentrate on preparing and training employees to open. Beverly-Grant was a valuable asset in navigating both the permitting, inspection, and final certificate of occupancy required for this unique downtown project.
